On Thursday, August 19, 2021 we announced our intention to join Adobe. We can't wait to see what the future holds and are committed to innovating and building an incredible, connected world for creative collaborators. Frame.io is not currently owned by Adobe and will continue to operate as an independent company until the close of the deal.

As of today, October 7, 2021, we’re incredibly excited to share that acquisition is complete and Frame.io is now officially an Adobe company. We look forward to making every creator and creative team more collaborative and productive.

Yes. We are committed to the ongoing development and improvement of our integration with Apple Final Cut Pro, Blackmagic Design DaVinci Resolve, and Avid Media Composer.
We plan to integrate more deeply into Adobe Creative Cloud Apps. We look forward to making every creator and creative team more collaborative and productive.
All third-party app integrations such as Slack, Dropbox, AirTable, and others, will continue working. Frame.io automation utilities and developer APIs will continue to be supported. This means third parties and customers can continue building integrations to support myriad apps and workflows.
As of today, all Frame.io pricing and plans will remain unchanged.
