On Thursday, August 19, 2021 we announced our intention to join Adobe. We can't wait to see what the future holds and are committed to innovating and building an incredible, connected world for creative collaborators. Frame.io is not currently owned by Adobe and will continue to operate as an independent company until the close of the deal.
As of today, October 7, 2021, we’re incredibly excited to share that acquisition is complete and Frame.io is now officially an Adobe company. We look forward to making every creator and creative team more collaborative and productive.
